The 第九条协调员 is charged with coordinating the University’s compliance with state and federal civil rights laws. The 第九条协调员 is not an advocate for either the Complainant or the 被调查者. The 第九条协调员 will explain to both parties the informal and formal processes outlined below and the confidentiality provisions. The 第九条协调员 accepts anonymous and third-party 报告s of conduct alleged to violate this Policy and will follow up on such 报告s.

To raise any concern involving bias or conflict of interest by the 第九条协调员, or 报告 of misconduct committed by the 第九条协调员 should contact the University President , Dr. Tarek Sobh, 248号.204.2000 or president@femdomcenter.com . Concerns of bias or a potential conflict of interest or 报告s of misconduct by any other 第九条 Team member should be raised with the 第九条协调员.

As determined by the 第九条协调员, the University can act to remove an employee from its premises when an individualized safety and risk analysis has determined that an immediate threat to the physical health or safety of any employee or other individual justifies removal. These actions could include, but are not limited to: temporarily re-assigning an employee, authorizing an administrative leave, and suspending an employee pending an investigation.

Parties in these processes, including the Complainant, the individual accused of a Policy Violation (“被调查者”), 和目击者, have privacy rights and reasonable expectations of confidentiality in the investigation of matters subject to this procedure.

除了, the integrity of the process depends on ensuring reasonable expectations of confidentiality. Information about complaints and 报告s, absent personally identifiable information, may be 报告ed to University officials and external entities for statistical and analysis purposes pursuant to federal and state law and University policy.

If a person filed a complaint with the 第九条协调员 and believes the University’s response was inadequate, or otherwise believes the University has discriminated on the basis of sex, including sexual harassment, 或报复, the individual may file a complaint with the:
